Tannoo is a trading name of MK Lipo Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 12292949, registered office 137–139 Whitecross Street, London EC1Y 8JL. MK Lipo Ltd is the data controller for the information you give us. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, registration number ZB350422. Contact us at info@tannoo.co.uk.

What we collect on this website

When you join the early access list we collect:

• your name, salon name, email address and town
• how many sunbeds you have and which timer controller you use

This website does not use cookies or analytics, and the fonts are served from our own site.

Why we use it

To contact you about Tannoo’s launch and your free trial, and to decide which features to build first. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked to hear from us, and we use only what we need for that.

Who can see it

Only Tannoo. Your details are stored by our database provider, Supabase, in the UK or EU, and this website is hosted by IONOS. Both act only on our instructions. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

Until 12 months after launch, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@tannoo.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
